Welcome to Rabbit Golf. By downloading, installing, or using the Rabbit mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Rabbit Golf grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

To use certain features, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Rabbit offers a premium subscription ("Rabbit Pro") that provides access to additional features. Subscription options include:
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms for in-app purchases. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following notice to you.
You retain ownership of content you create in the App (such as scores, game data, and player names). By using the App, you grant us a license to store, process, and display this content as necessary to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or infringe on others' rights.
When you join a group or participate in leaderboards, your name and scores will be visible to other participants. By participating, you consent to this sharing.
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Rabbit Golf and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RABBIT GOLF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rabbit Golf from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
This App is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall govern.
